This blog is being written by Val Mason. A hippie, gypsy, earthy chick who is a compassionate seeker, always eager to learn and grow and love and laugh.
My reason for starting this blog was to explore my creativity and it is my intention to make one post a week for 52 weeks (at least) and see what happens.
I am also very interested in sharing with others my thoughts and insights about how each of us can live our best life.
